The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — find, unlock and drive shared cars by the minute. The hard part was integrations with OEM and telematics APIs.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Prototyping, Development, Delivery and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on iOS, Android and IoT, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
1,500 cars shared. The product launched in 19 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
