How do engagements usually start?
Most start with a short discovery sprint: we interview users, scope the work and build a clickable prototype, so the estimate is based on evidence rather than guesses.
Can you join an existing team or codebase?
Yes. We regularly take over or extend existing products — starting with a code review so we know exactly what we’re working with.
How do you price projects?
Discovery sprints are fixed-price. Builds are priced per milestone with a transparent hourly rate, and every hour is visible in your live workspace.
Who will actually work on my product?
Senior architects and engineers working with AI agents — the same people you meet on the first call. No hand-offs to juniors, no hidden subcontractors.
What happens after launch?
We stay for at least ten releases, then move to a retainer if you want steady iteration and on-call support.
Do you sign NDAs?
