The client came to us with a clear goal — compliance and skills training with manager dashboards. The hard part was keeping learners engaged beyond the first week.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Prototyping, Development and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on LMS, SSO and Reports, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
92% completion. The product launched in 9 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
