The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — checklists, documents and buddies for new hires. The hard part was candidates who drop off at every extra step.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Delivery and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Mobile, Workflow and SSO, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Ready on day one. The product launched in 19 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
