The client came to us with a clear goal — vetted pros, instant quotes and in-app chat for home repairs. The hard part was payments split across many parties.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Support and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Matching, Chat and Reviews, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
