The client came to us with a clear goal — structured AI screening calls with summaries for recruiters. The hard part was integrations with payroll and HRIS systems.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Delivery and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Voice AI, LLM and Integrations, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
