The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — measures and reports emissions across operations and suppliers. The hard part was huge volumes of sensor and meter data.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Delivery and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Reports, Integrations and Dashboards, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Scope 1–3 in 6 weeks. The product launched in 14 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
