The client came to us with a clear goal — homeowners and installers track solar output and faults. The hard part was hardware partners with their own protocols.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Delivery and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on IoT, Dashboards and Alerts, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
40k rooftops. The product launched in 24 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
