The client came to us with a clear goal — photo claims with AI damage estimates and fast payouts. The hard part was fraud without adding friction for honest customers.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Support and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Mobile, ML and Workflow, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Claims paid in 2 days. The product launched in 11 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
