The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — schedules hearings and remote video sessions for courts. The hard part was procurement and security requirements.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Product Research, Development and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Calendars, Web and Video, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
8k hearings scheduled. The product launched in 13 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
