The client came to us with a clear goal — online building permits with document checks and tracking. The hard part was accessibility for every citizen, on every device.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Product Research, Development and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Workflow, Audit and Integrations, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.

Approvals 3× faster. The product launched in 15 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
