The client came to us with a clear goal — applications, screening and e-signed leases for landlords. The hard part was building data locked in proprietary systems.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Delivery and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on e-Signature, Screening and Payments, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Lease in 1 day. The product launched in 23 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
