The client came to us with a clear goal — energy, occupancy and maintenance insights across a portfolio. The hard part was paper-heavy leasing processes.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Delivery and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on IoT, Dashboards and Alerts, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
