The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — rent collection, accounting and work orders for property managers. The hard part was building data locked in proprietary systems.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Delivery and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Accounting, Payments and Mobile, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
3,000 units. The product launched in 10 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
