The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — offline-first app for proofs of delivery, scans and signatures. The hard part was realtime visibility for dispatchers and customers.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Delivery and Consulting ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Offline-first, Android and Scanning, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
300 drivers. The product launched in 9 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
