The client came to us with a clear goal — pick, pack and inventory flows with handheld scanners. The hard part was integrating with legacy carriers and ERPs.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Delivery and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on WMS, Barcodes and Realtime, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
99.8% accuracy. The product launched in 16 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
