The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — hourly and daily rentals with deposits, insurance and pickup slots. The hard part was trust and safety at scale.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Support and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Booking, Deposits and Maps, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
50k listings. The product launched in 22 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
