The client came to us with a clear goal — reads, validates and posts supplier invoices straight into the ERP. The hard part was grounding answers in private, permissioned data.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Prototyping, Development and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on OCR, Agents and ERP, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
92% accuracy. The product launched in 23 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
