The client came to us with a clear goal — phone agent that books, reschedules and confirms appointments 24/7. The hard part was keeping quality stable as models and prompts change.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Prototyping, Development and Consulting ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Voice AI, Telephony and Calendars, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
5 languages. The product launched in 13 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
