The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — ask-anything search across wikis, tickets and drives with citations. The hard part was moving from impressive demos to measurable outcomes.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Prototyping, Development and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on RAG, Vector search and SSO, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
1M docs indexed. The product launched in 20 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
