The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — mobile account opening with identity checks and instant card issuing. The hard part was reconciliation that doesn’t need a spreadsheet.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on KYC, iOS and Android, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
4 min KYC. The product launched in 17 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
