The client came to us with a clear goal — portfolio aggregation and reporting for independent advisors. The hard part was correctness under concurrency and partial failures.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Aggregation, Charts and Reports, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
$2B tracked. The product launched in 24 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
