The client came to us with a clear goal — guided home exercises with progress shared with the physio. The hard part was handling sensitive data with care and clear consent.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on iOS, Android and Video, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
2× adherence. The product launched in 23 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
