The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — device data and alerts for care teams monitoring patients at home. The hard part was accessibility for every patient.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on IoT, Alerts and Dashboards, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Realtime vitals. The product launched in 24 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
