The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — door access, parcels and visitor passes for residential towers. The hard part was fragmented tools across agents, owners and tenants.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Delivery and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on IoT, Mobile and Alerts, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
8k residents, keyless. The product launched in 9 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
