The client came to us with a clear goal — guided online tax filing for residents and small businesses. The hard part was legacy registries behind every service.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Product Research, Development and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Web, Workflow and Integrations, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
