Stack-agnostic · goal-based technology

No favourite stack. The right one for your goal.

A standard stack is convenient for the studio, not for your product. We start from your goal, your users and your constraints — and pick the technology that serves them best, part by part. AI agents work fluently in every mainstream stack; senior architects own every choice.

Why it matters

One stack for everything costs you later.

When a team only has a hammer, every product becomes a nail. The price shows up after launch.

Standard-stack studio
  • The stack is decided before the problem is understood
  • Realtime forced onto a request–response framework
  • SEO bolted onto a client-only app
  • A rewrite the moment you outgrow it
Goal-based technology
  • The goal and constraints come first, the stack second
  • Each part on the tool built for it
  • Trade-offs written down before any code
  • Built to scale and easy to hire for
How we choose

Six questions before any code.

On the first call and in the 1-day prototype we answer them together — and you get a short decision record.

01Users and platforms

iPhone, Android, web, desktop or all of them — and how native it has to feel.

02Time to market

A launch in weeks favours a proven, productive stack over the newest one.

03Scale and load

Ten thousand users or ten million, steady traffic or spikes, realtime or not.

04Data, security, compliance

Where data must live, how sensitive it is, which audits it has to pass.

05Your team after launch

Technology your developers know — or can hire for — once we hand it over.

06Total cost of ownership

Hosting, licences and maintenance over years, not only the build.

Goal → technology

Same studio, different answers.

A few typical goals and what we would reach for — always checked against your constraints.

Our principles

Freedom, with discipline.

Being stack-agnostic is not about trying everything. It is about choosing on purpose.

Proven by default, new where it pays

Mainstream, well-supported technology for most of the product; newer tools only where they bring a clear win.

Mix, don't marry

Each part on the tool built for it — a Python model service next to a Next.js app — joined by clear APIs.

Decisions on paper

Every key choice comes with a short decision record: options, trade-offs and why we picked one.

No lock-in

Open standards, portable infrastructure as code and data you can take anywhere — including away from us.

Built to be hired for

We pick stacks with a deep talent pool, so your future team can own the code from day one.

What we work with

Fluent across the stack.

Senior architects across the main ecosystems, AI agents fluent in all of them, one quality bar for every stack.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Not sure which stack fits? That's exactly what the first call is for.

Do you have a favourite stack?

No. We have stacks we know deeply, but the choice always starts from your goal, users and constraints — not from what is easiest for us.

How do you choose the technology?

On the first call and during the prototype we map platforms, scale, data, compliance, budget and who will own the code. You get a short decision record with the options and the trade-offs.

Can you work with the stack we already have?

Yes. If your current stack fits the goal, we keep it. If part of it holds you back, we suggest changing only that part — see Transformations.

Isn't using several technologies harder to maintain?

Only when it's done without a reason. We mix technologies where each one clearly wins, keep the boundaries simple and document everything.

How can one team be good at so many stacks?

Senior architects across the main ecosystems own the decisions, and AI agents write, review and test code fluently in all of them. The same quality gates — tests, reviews, CI/CD — apply to every stack.
