The client came to us with a clear goal — white-label client portals that agencies spin up in minutes. The hard part was enterprise requirements — SSO, audit, permissions — arriving mid-roadmap.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Development, Delivery, Support and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Multi-tenant, SSO and Web, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
