The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — remote lock, climate and charging from the driver's phone. The hard part was unlocking, payments and damage checks on the road.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Prototyping, Development, Delivery and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on IoT, Mobile and APIs, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
300k vehicles. The product launched in 24 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
