The client came to us with a clear goal — lessons, theory tests and instructor booking for learner drivers. The hard part was live vehicle data at scale.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Prototyping, Development, Delivery and Consulting ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Mobile, Video and Calendars, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
92% first-time pass. The product launched in 17 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
