The client came to us with a clear goal — daily site reports, snags and budgets for construction projects. The hard part was building data locked in proprietary systems.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Delivery and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Mobile, Reports and Dashboards, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
12% under budget. The product launched in 23 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
