The client came to us with a clear goal — instant property valuations from listings and sales data. The hard part was fragmented tools across agents, owners and tenants.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Delivery and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on ML, Maps and APIs, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Valuations in 10 s. The product launched in 13 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
