The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — desks, rooms and passes across 40 coworking spaces. The hard part was paper-heavy leasing processes.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Delivery and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Booking, Mobile and Payments, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
90% desk utilisation. The product launched in 20 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
