The client came to us with a clear goal — approval chains, e-signature and audit trails for B2B teams. The hard part was billing that matches how customers actually use the product.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Development, Delivery, Support and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Workflow, Audit and RBAC, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
2-hour approvals. The product launched in 15 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
