The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — contracts, invoices and global payouts for contractors. The hard part was sensitive personal data and permissions.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Delivery and Consulting ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Payments, Integrations and KYC, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
40 countries paid. The product launched in 17 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
