The client came to us with a clear goal — maps team skills and recommends learning paths. The hard part was integrations with payroll and HRIS systems.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Delivery and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Dashboards, LMS and Reports, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
1,500 skills mapped. The product launched in 24 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
