The client came to us with a clear goal — imports wallets and exchanges and prepares tax reports. The hard part was regulatory requirements across markets.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Integrations, Reports and Web, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
1-click tax report. The product launched in 10 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
