The client came to us with a clear goal — legally binding signatures with full audit trails. The hard part was confidential documents and strict access rules.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Support and Consulting ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on e-Signature, Audit and APIs, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
1M documents signed. The product launched in 20 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
