The client came to us with a clear goal — mandatory compliance courses with tracking and reminders. The hard part was deadlines that can't be missed.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Support and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on LMS, Reports and SSO, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
98% completion. The product launched in 10 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
