The client came to us with a clear goal — matters, time tracking and billing for law firms. The hard part was lawyers who need precision, not guesses.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Support and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Web, Calendars and Reports, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
20 firms onboarded. The product launched in 13 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
