The client came to us with a clear goal — instant multi-carrier freight quotes and booking. The hard part was realtime visibility for dispatchers and customers.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Delivery and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on APIs, Integrations and Web, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.

Quotes in 30 s. The product launched in 9 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
