The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — temperature sensors and alerts for pharma and food shipments. The hard part was poor connectivity in the field.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Delivery and Consulting ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on IoT, Alerts and Dashboards, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
0 spoiled shipments. The product launched in 19 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
