The client came to us with a clear goal — scanner-first picking with smart batching for busy warehouses. The hard part was integrating with legacy carriers and ERPs.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Delivery and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Android, WMS and IoT, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
35% faster picking. The product launched in 12 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
