The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — applications, reviews and reporting for a grant-making foundation. The hard part was reporting to donors and funders.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Prototyping, Development and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Workflow, Reports and RBAC, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
1,200 grants managed. The product launched in 11 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
