The client came to us with a clear goal — reads supplier invoices and posts them straight to accounting. The hard part was keeping quality stable as models and prompts change.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Prototyping, Development and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on LLM, Workflow and Integrations, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
95% touchless. The product launched in 13 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
