The client came to us with a clear goal — an assistant that answers employee questions from company docs. The hard part was grounding answers in private, permissioned data.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Prototyping, Development and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on RAG, Vector search and SSO, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
70% fewer tickets. The product launched in 23 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
