The client came to us with a clear goal — computer vision that spots defects on the production line. The hard part was moving from impressive demos to measurable outcomes.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Prototyping, Development and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on ML, IoT and Dashboards, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
98.7% defect recall. The product launched in 16 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
