The client came to us with a clear goal — patients see lab results and explanations as soon as they are ready. The hard part was handling sensitive data with care and clear consent.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Web, Integrations and Audit, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Results 2 days faster. The product launched in 10 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
