We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Support and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on ML, IoT and Alerts, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
