The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — digital work orders, checklists and sign-offs on tablets. The hard part was rugged devices and weak connectivity.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Support and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Mobile, Workflow and Integrations, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Paperless in 6 weeks. The product launched in 12 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
